This English text is the only official account and privacy notice. It applies to installer partners in Southeast Asia who register on findsolar.ai or jinkosolar.app. It does not apply to field staff employed or assigned by us.

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. decides why installer information is used. findsolar.ai and jinkosolar.app are the service. Authorized third-party service providers may process that information only to host the service, send messages, or provide sign-in.

You confirm that you are at least 18, that you may register for your company, that what you submit is accurate, and that you will not share the password.

We collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, country, coverage area, and the installation profile you submit, including company type, office location, brands, capacity, project type, and training interests. We also store whether you accepted this notice, whether you asked for marketing, a sign-in cookie, your language choice on this device, and the IP address and browser on key account actions.

We use this information to create and secure the account, provide the installer tools, and show work inside your coverage. Those uses are necessary for the service you request. Security records and a short record of a correction or deletion request are kept to protect the service and to meet a legal duty.

A Jinko representative will contact you only if you ask for that contact. Marketing or co-branding messages are sent only if you opt in. You may refuse both and still register. Service notices are part of the account. They include account confirmation, sign-in help, password reset, security alerts, and notices about the service. They are not advertisements.

We share installer information with Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., with affiliates it directs, and with authorized third-party service providers that host the service, send email or text messages, or provide sign-in. We do not sell personal information.

The service may be hosted outside the Southeast Asian country where you work. Your local privacy rights still apply in the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Jinko remains responsible for any safeguard or official filing that your country requires before information is sent abroad. This notice does not replace that filing.

We keep the information while the account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we delete or disable the account. We may keep a limited record after that where we need it for security, a dispute, or a legal duty. We do not keep it for a fixed number of days that this service does not enforce.

You may ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, or to stop optional marketing and optional representative contact. You may also complain to the privacy authority in your country, including the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, the authority responsible for personal data in Vietnam, the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, and the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

Yield calculations, module lookups, and lead details are tools for your business. They are not a promise of output, profit, product availability, or a contract to buy or sell modules.

If this notice changes, the new English text on this page replaces the old text. If a change needs a new choice from you, we will ask before using the information for that new purpose.
